For about 5 years now (I’m a teen) I’ve had these red bumpy patches of skin on my upper arms and butt (it looks different from the arms) that often turn into postules. People tell me all the time it’s eczema (at least on my arms, I haven’t told people about my butt) but it doesn’t itch at all. I reckon it’s heredatary because my dad has it and my mom had it when she was younger. So do you guys reckon it’s eczema or psoriasis? Any treatment suggestions would be nice too. Thank you so much!

and i was recomended strong topical steroids and occulsion (wrapping a bandage around the treated area), im pleased to report that i have been symptom free for over a year now but due to my harsh treatment the skin on my arms and legs are very red. i also have a mild case of folliculitis but that is responding well to treatment. but im life treated with laser theraphy to improve the flush and i was wondering if anyone has been in a similar circumstances or has any suggestions for treatment assuming the laser does not work. thankyou for your time.
