Ordinary talc can help a little towards this, but using a proprietary Prickly Heat Powder is much better. The St Lukes / Snake Brand Prickly Heat powders have a variety of formulas to suit different causes - the traditional (Classic) powder is a good general recourse, but sometimes the Anti-Bacterial may be needed to assist with any accompanying allergic reactions causing the rash. They also have a special formula for babies and young children suffering from nappy rash as well as sweat and heat rashes. Not always available from shop shelves, the best place to find them is online via any main search engine, such as Google.
