katerine lev questioned:

Psoriasis is a chronic illness affecting the skin and the scalp. With the cause unknown and no permanent cure as yet learned, those afflicted with psoriasis are forced to endure the dry, flakey skin that is the primary outward symptom of the disease and that causes much mental and emotional anguish, due mainly to the reaction from others and the dread of infection – this despite the known fact that psoriasis is in no way contagious!

Many medicines, creams, lotions and treatments for psoriasis are available. Some are based on natural ingredients; some contain hormones and steroids, with the possibility of side effects. All of the medicines plea constant usage in order to realize an effect that is, for the most part, only partial and small lived. Many treatments plea regular repeat sessions that interrupt the normal life of the psoriasis sufferer and can cost substantial sums of money.

But, one psoriasis treatment that has been proven both scientifically and statistically to provide long term – up to nine months – remission with no need for repeat or booster treatments is a course of treatments at the Dead Sea.

Psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea take advantage of the unique physical qualities of the area: an exceptionally high saline and mineral content in the water and the mud that both removes the skin hurt by psoriasis and cleanses and nourishes the fresh skin underneath, dry, impurity free air that aids recovery, a dense ozone layer that filters out the harmful UV radiation wavelengths, leaving behind only those parts of the wavelength that are beneficial to the skins recovery and lengthen the amount of time that one can be exposed to the sun’s rays without dread of adverse side effects.

Whilst it’s right that psoriasis treatments do take time – anywhere between one to four weeks – the advantage of psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea lies in that they are 100% natural with no adverse side effects, the treatments place the psoriasis in remission for up to nine months and you can bring your family with you and have a splendid vacation whilst staying at one of the luxurious five star hotels that the area offers.

katerine lev questioned:

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that primarily affects joints and skin. Psoriasis is non-contagious and usually manifests itself in patients between the ages of 15 to 40. But, once psoriasis appears, it is a disease that will be with the patients for the rest of their lives. Psoriasis manifests itself in the form of dry, scaly skin, unsightly rashes and some discomfort – soreness and itching. In severe cases of psoriasis, the skin can crack and even bleed. The severity of the disease varies from patient to patient – it may occur in relatively small areas of the body but can also affect large areas of skin. The causes of psoriasis are not known but it is thought that genetics and stress may have some bearing on the outbreak of the disease Even as many treatments that ease or hinder the disease’s progress do exist, there is no known permanent cure for psoriasis.

Psoriasis Variants

Tablet Psoriasis: Over 80% of patients have tablet psoriasis which evident itself by red or silvery build-ups of skin. Primarily occurs on the elbows and knees but can also affect the scalp or the genital area.

Inverse Psoriasis: tend to appear in the armpits, in areas with folds of skin and also the groin.

Guttate Psoriasis: manifests itself in the form of small red spots covering areas of skin.

Erythrodermic Psoriasis: Cause red patches on the skin. The infected areas can be painful and result in excessive itching.

Pustular Psoriasis: Causes white blisters, usually surrounded by areas of red skin.

Psoriasis Treatment

There is no known cure for psoriasis! Treatments that do exist, aim to control the spread of the disease and reduce its severity. Treatments should be undertaken at the advice of your physician as different treatment regimes are suitable for different patients and forms of psoriasis.

Treatment regimes contain:

Topical treatment: creams and lotions are applied to affected areas. Some of this medicines are natural, some artificial and some a amalgamation of the two. Always consult your physician or dermatologist before using unknown substances. Phototherapy: or the exposure of the affected areas to UV rays, usually in a solarium or through the use of UV projectors. These treatments must be medically supervised and ordinary. Systemic treatments: involves the use or oral or intravenous medication – always administered by a qualified medical practitioner! Climatotherapy: refers to treatments for psoriasis in an area where climatic and other factors give a therapeutic and healing benefit – such as the Dead Sea. Climatotherapy is a process that can take anywhere from a week to a month. The results of climatotherapy, especially at the Dead Sea, have been shown to be extraordinarily effective in combating the ravages of psoriasis and in retarding its reappearance.

Shape, rest and repose in one package

A normal course of psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea lasts from two to four weeks. Before you click on to another page, let me add that at the same time as being paid what is possibly the best and most effective psoriasis treatment, you and your family can delight in an incredible vacation in a five star hotel, in one of the most gorgeous spots on earth close to many incredible sites such as Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Tel Aviv and the Red Sea.

Because psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea are conducted in a impeccably natural surrounding and not in a specialized shape spa, the entire family can come along. Treatments last for two to five hours during which time the family can delight in the facilities of the five star hotel, pool, recreation rooms, and activities for the kids, excursions and much, much more. Psoriasis treatments can be arranged around your vacation schedule, leaving you with all the time you need to explore the incredible sites of the Judean desert with its natural fresh water springs, wild life and antiquities such as Masada and Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls where learned and Jesus spent many years.

Magical and mystical Jerusalem is just an hour’s drive away with its sites holy to three faiths and its ancient marketplace. The Paris of the Middle East, Tel Aviv, is just two hours away with designer shops, brilliant restaurants and coffee shops, the brilliant Mediterranean and a nightlife that never stops. You can also go south to Eilat and the incredible coral reefs and tropical fish in the Red Sea at Israel’s southernmost point.

The bottom Line

A course of psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea has so many advantages that we would need another article to go over them all. Here are just a few:

100% natural psoriasis treatment – no drugs or artificial remedies Effects of treatment be converted into apparent within a few days of beginning psoriasis treatments Remission rates of over 95% and remission periods of up to nine months Significantly cut-rate psoriasis development periods. Psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea also contribute to overall shape and well life Delight in an unforgettable vacation with all the family Psoriasis treatments at the Dead Sea may be eligible for a subsidy from your shape service or insurance company.

See you on the Coastline!
