Very sorry to dissapoint you.I have been unable to find a cure for my facial psoriasis,though only tiny spots(about 1 to 1.5 cm).For 22 years I have lived with it.Now I am 42.Applying gray moisturisers really helps though….only to keep it minimal.What I’ve found out is that factors like stress,heat and poor diet are the main culprit.I share with your sister’s sorrow.But I’ve learnt to live with it.Anyway…don’t give up searching for the cure….excellent luck.
