I have something similar as well, I am black and dark bleeding. I have huge set alight yellow patches behind my arms on my chest .and my upper lip is also a couple of shade lighter then I am.There is nothing I can do about it in summer I have to face the stares and whispers and when I have enough I just hide in my jumper.
